Rowing Clubs Map

Rowing Just "row" with it! Para-rowing is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape or just get out on the water for some fun. Rowing is adaptable for many, including amputees, and those with spinal cord injuries, cerebral palsy and visual impairments to name a few specific disabilities.

In adaptive rowing, the equipment is adapted to the user rather than the sport being adapted to the participant. There are four events in para-rowing: men and women's single sculls, mixed double sculls and mixed coxed four, all with three disability categories. Get in line, take a seat, and as the seasoned rower says: "Start strong. Finish stronger!" Check out Row Ontario for more info.
