It’s about participation and inspiration, new ideas and new ways to play. It’s about making Niagara a model community of inclusion in Ontario. It’s about getting to “Yes We Can!”

For Who: EveryBODY! People with disabilities, friends and family, seniors, students, educators, sport and recreation enthusiasts, fitness professionals, activity leaders, healthcare professionals, community members, municipality and business leaders.

Why: To ensure that all members of Niagara’s disability community can find a sport or physical activity of their choice. “There is a sport for everyBODY!”

Day 1 - Speakers and ParaSport Challenge

Join community professionals (healthcare, municipal, education, advocates, etc.), sport and rec leaders, and post-secondary students to learn from industry experts in the morning and try over 20 different adapted sport and recreation activities.

Day 1 - Leaders Challenge

Join community and business leaders including, councilors, mayors and media, and witness unique and fun-filled ParaSport Challenges designed to showcase the power of inclusive sport for all.

Day 1 - Community Evening

EveryBODY is welcome. Come anytime to learn about new ways to play. Plenty of information and inspiration to be had. Over 20 adapted sports and activities to try. Visit with our exhibitors, coaches and experts.

Day 2 - Speakers and High School Challenge

Secondary students from across the Niagara Region will have the opportunity to compete in a ParaSport Challenge and win prizes while playing with ParaSport Ambassadors, Paralympic athletes and teachers.

Day 2 - Seniors Session

Take part in a presentation specifically for seniors about active, healthy living for life, with plenty of activities for seniors to try including a special Chair Yoga session, curling, boccia, and the opportunity to test drive accessible equipment!


Where is the Niagara ParaSport Festival being held?

The event is being held at the Scotiabank Convention Centre in Niagara Falls, Ont. 6815 Stanley Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2G 3Y9. The festival will take place in halls A/B/C.

Do I need to print my ticket to bring with me in order to attend?

No, there is no need to print out a physical copy of a ticket. Once you have registered your spot is confirmed and you can attend without a ticket.

I want to attend multiple sessions/events, do I need to sign up twice?

Yes, please add a ticket to your cart for each event you would like to attend so we can know how many people are going to participate for each event. If you are signing up for more than one person (your company, team, etc.) please just add as many tickets as you will need.

Will there be food/drinks available?

Yes, there will be food available at concession throughout the day for purchase.

Is there accessible parking?

Yes, there is accessible parking available at the Scotiabank Convention Centre. Due to a larger number of guests attending with mobility issues, we kindly ask that any guest able to park further away from the facility please do so and reserve spaces closer to the building for those who need it.

Will I be expected to participate in any sport activities?

No, but we hope you will! Guests are encouraged to participate and come ready to have fun, including wearing comfortable clothing that is easy to move around in. However, no one will be forced to try anything and it is open for whatever level of participation you wish to take part in. Groups are encouraged to come wearing similar colours if they would like to participate as teams.

Will my photo/video be taken?

It is possible that your photo/video will be taken during the event; there will be photographers and videographers at the festival.
