Joanne's career includes radio and television broadcasting; and nutrition with specialization in spinal cord and brain injuries, multiple sclerosis and cerebral palsy. In addition to her nutrition practice, Joanne is dedicated to raising awareness of issues that impact people with disabilities. Her expertise comes from living with a spinal cord injury for over thirty years, and her years as host and producer of three national television programs.
Hi Everyone. Welcome to the ParaSport Resource and Support Centre! There’s no question that both exercise and healthy eating have a profound impact on our physical and mental health, especially for those of us living with a disability. That’s why I became a nutritionist – to assist people living with chronic health conditions to live to their maximum potential!
