The Twin City Spinners is dedicated to the promotion, growth and development of Wheelchair Basketball within the Waterloo Region (Cambridge, Kitchener, Waterloo, North Dumfries, Wellesley, Wilmot and Woolwich). The Twin City Spinners organisation is fully inclusive, with members representing a wide range of cultures and physical abilities.
