6th Annual Para Pro-Am Golf Tournament
Proceeds from the Para Pro-Am Tournament support ParaSport Ontario’s Play to Podium Fund, providing Ontarians with disabilities with adaptive sports equipment so they too can “get in the game” for fitness, fun and friendship.

This year the tournament day will begin with the ParaSport Ontario Awards Brunch where you will have the opportunity to meet beneficiaries of our Play to Podium Fund, and hear their remarkable stories as they receive their new, life chang-ing adaptive sport equipment.
The 2023 Para Pro-Am Golf Tournament will once again showcase excellence in the sport of golf amongst persons of all abilities to encourage participation in the game through all stages of life.
ParaGolfers will include military veterans, Paralympians, national and international champions and others who celebrate their abilities and continue to strive for excellence after life-altering injuries and/or illness.
The winning team will progress to the RBC PGA Scramble Regional Final and the winner there qualifies for the RBC PGA Scramble National Championship at Cabot Links in Cape Breton, in Fall 2023.

TOURNAMENT FORMAT
Five-player Teams consisting of a ParaGolfer (golfer with a disability), a PGA of Canada Pro, and three Corporate Sponsor Players delivering the atmosphere and competitiveness of a professional tournament.The winning team will progress to the RBC PGA Scramble Regional Final and the winner there qualifies for the RBC PGA Scramble National Championship at Cabot Links in Cape Breton, in Fall 2023.
The Championship Final Experience includes:
- Return airfare to Halifax
- 3 rounds at Cabot Links (twice) and Cabot Cliffs
- Forecaddie
- 4-night accommodation at Cabot Links
- Breakfast, lunch and on-course snacks each day
- Welcome Dinner and Awards Gala Dinner
ParaSport® Ontario’s vision is to promote, unify, and educate the parasport sector in Ontario to ensure there is an active living opportunity for ALL people with disabilities. On this 6th annual Para Pro-Am Golf Tournament day we strive to do just that, by bringing together the disability community and all its supporters for a fun day of golf at a great course. This day will not only showcase some amazing ParaGolfers in action, but allow the disability community to continue see the true impact that can occur when we are unified in our support for more adaptive and inclusive parasport programming across the province.
