Sports for Disabled Lambton has been instrumental in our community for over 20 years. Originally known as Junior Red Hots, this organization is key to bringing sports to those with a disability in Lambton County. SD Lambton works closely with provincial sports organizations to bring opportunities to its athletes. It currently oversees teams in the sports of sledge hockey, boccia, floor hockey and weight training.
