ParaSport® Ontario. There is a sport for everyBODY!”

Tiffany Gaudette

Tiffany Gaudette

Tiffany is an athlete in athletics. She acquired her incomplete spinal cord injury in 2013. Before her injury, Tiffany was not involved in sports. A friend at Lyndhurst Rehab suggested she try wheelchair racing. But when she tried shot put she knew seated throwing was the sport for her. A Canadian record holder in F56 Discus, Tiffany coaches boccia and is an Athlete Representative for Cruisers Sports.
Hi, I'm Tiffany. Parasport has had a major impact on my life after acquiring my injury. It has helped me find a community, challenge myself, become more independent and confident. I hope that the power of parasport can impact you as much as it has for me. I would love to hear from you!

We acknowledge the land on which ParaSport® Ontario was built is the Treaty Lands and Territory of the Mississaugas of the Credit and the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe, the Wendat, and the Haudenosaunee peoples, many of whom continue to live and work here today. This territory is covered by the Upper Canada Treaties and is within the land protected by the Dish with One Spoon Wampum agreement to peaceably share and care for the resources around the Great Lakes. Today Toronto (also known as Tkaronto) is home to many First Nations, Metis, and Inuit peoples and acknowledging reminds us that our great standard of living is directly related to the resources and friendship of Indigenous people.
